Grayson Kaiser

An Equal Opportunity Associate performs a variety of investigatory, administrative, and compliance-related duties in support of University policy and applicable laws. They are responsible for conducting initial consultations, assisting in facilitating restorative resolutions, and investigating reports of discrimination, harassment, related retaliation, and workplace violence. EO Associates also provides education and outreach to the campus community.  Each Associate is available for in-person meetings at their designated campus location and can also be reached through online platforms such as Zoom.
